Ranked annually as one of the top residential real estate brokers both in California and nationwide, Hugh Evans III continues to take Partners Trust, Pacific Union LA, a company he founded in 2009 along with three other respected real estate figures, to impressive new heights. Most recently named in The Hollywood Reporter’s Top 25 Real Estate Agents and among Variety’s Showbiz Real Estate Elite, Hugh has contributed to the brokerage’s more than $10 billion in sales and expansion to 240 associates across Los Angeles since its inception. His three decades of experience, which includes developing and selling homes in some of the most prominent neighborhoods of Southern California, encompass a broader range of experience than virtually any broker in the area.
Noted for personally closing more than $2.5 billion in real estate transactions, as well as breaking the price-per-square-foot record of a home in the Riviera neighborhood of Pacific Palisades, Hugh can point to his exceptional sphere of influence and personal relationships as the secret to landing such numbers. Hugh's high-profile clientele, including Hollywood movie executives, European CEOs, and NFL team owners, gravitate towards his honest approach—a business ethos built upon trust and discretion.
Drawn from his personal experience as both a seller and buyer—as well as the understanding that a home will influence every aspect of a person’s life, from where you work to who your kids become friends with—Hugh adopts a holistic outlook when it comes to real estate. At the end of the day, he is satisfied only when he finds the absolute best home to fit his clients’ personalities, values, and lifestyles.
“Every relationship you develop throughout your lifetime is influenced tremendously by where you live.”
A reputable leader of the LA real estate scene, Hugh is first and foremost a family man who enjoys neighborhood walks with his six-year-old daughter McKay, two-year-old son Hugh IV, and his two labs, Maggie and Jack. On any given weekend, you may find Hugh perusing the vendors at the local farmer’s market amongst friends and neighbors, enjoying the beach, or coaching his daughter’s T-Ball team. Hugh proudly supports Children’s Institute Inc. (CII), an LA-based organization helping children in the city’s most challenged communities heal from the trauma of family and community violence. He is responsible for the largest donation in the organization's history and stands behind the construction of a new CII campus in Watts designed by world-renowned architect Frank Gehry.
